1. Eligibility

By purchasing from our store, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old; or
  • You are purchasing under the supervision of a legal guardian.

2. Products (New & Used Items)

We sell:

  • Desktop Computers
  • Custom Gaming PCs
  • Laptops
  • Monitors
  • Computer Components & Accessories
  • Used / Refurbished Electronics

2.1 New Products

New products are factory-sealed unless otherwise stated and may include manufacturer warranty.

2.2 Used / Refurbished Products

Used or refurbished items:

  • May show minor cosmetic wear (scratches, marks, etc.)
  • Are fully tested and functional unless otherwise stated
  • May not include original packaging
  • May include limited shop warranty (if stated on invoice)

Product images are for illustration purposes only.

We reserve the right to modify product specifications, pricing, or availability without prior notice.

3. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are listed in AED.
  • Prices include 5% VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Payment

We accept:

  • Bank Transfer
  • Cash on Delivery (if offered)

Orders are confirmed only after successful payment authorization.

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Pricing errors
  • Stock unavailability
  • Suspected fraud
  • Incorrect customer information

Refunds for cancelled orders will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Custom Gaming PC Orders

For custom-built gaming PCs:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once assembly has started.
  • Custom PCs cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • Compatibility responsibility lies with the customer if custom parts are requested.
  • Warranty applies only to hardware defects, not software configuration.

6. Shipping & Delivery (UAE)

  • Processing time: 1–3 business days
  • Delivery time: 1–5 business days (estimate only)

We are not responsible for courier delays.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Re-delivery fees may apply for incorrect information.

7. 7-Day Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

7.1 Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted if:

  • The product is unused and in original packaging (for new items)
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The item was damaged during delivery (reported within 24 hours)

All returns are subject to inspection.

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products sold “as-is” (unless defective)
  • Opened laptops/desktops (unless defective)
  • Custom-built gaming PCs
  • Activated software or digital licenses
  • Products damaged due to misuse, liquid damage, or physical damage
  • Clearance items

7.3 Used Product Returns

Used items may only be returned within 7 days if:

  • A hardware defect is confirmed
  • The issue was not disclosed at time of sale

Cosmetic wear is not considered a defect.

8. Refund Policy

After inspection and approval:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Cash on Delivery refunds will be made via bank transfer.

9. Warranty

9.1 New Products

Covered under manufacturer warranty (if applicable).

9.2 Used Products

Covered under limited shop warranty (if specified on invoice). Warranty does not cover:

  • Physical damage
  • Liquid damage
  • Electrical surge damage
  • Unauthorized repairs
  • Software issues or virus damage

Warranty claims may require service through an authorized UAE service center.

10. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up all personal data before returning any device.

We are not responsible for data loss during inspection, repair, or warranty service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.
  • We are not responsible for software compatibility issues unless stated.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including logos, text, product images, and branding are protected under UAE intellectual property laws and may not be copied without permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.

14. Amendments
